goals, policies and priorities to the Iowa Supreme Court and Judicial Council
for statewide judicial information technology. The Committee studies and
recommends improvements in technology and automation. Membership includes
judges, juvenile court staff, court clerks, court reporters, and court
The Iowa Judicial Branch Information Technology Team
(Judicial Branch IT) is responsible for the delivery of the network and
systems. It collaborates with other
departments in the judicial branch to provide and support quality systems for
Iowans and to ensure efficient processing of court documents.
Judicial Branch IT embraces emerging technologies to provide
better access to justice for all Iowans, a more efficient court system, and to
help the courts keep pace with a growing workload and reduced staff.
